Phosphate-Bonded High-Alumina Bricks

Phosphate-bonded high-alumina bricks are chemically bonded refractory products manufactured using dense super-grade or first-grade bauxite clinker as the main raw material and phosphoric acid or aluminum phosphate solution as the binder. They are shaped via semi-dry mechanical pressing and subsequently heat-treated at 400–600℃.

Phosphate refractory bricks, with their high strength, excellent thermal shock resistance, and good chemical corrosion resistance, play a crucial role in the key equipment of multiple industries such as metallurgy, cement, glass, and so on.Phosphate high-alumina bricks are mainly used in dry-process cement production kilns, rotary kilns, and phosphoric chemical industry kilns.Phosphate wear-resistant bricks are applied in the high-temperature section of zinc oxide rotary kilns, the firing zone of wet-process cement rotary kilns, the firing zones of medium and small-sized dry-process cement rotary kilns, the transition zone and decomposition zone of new-type dry-process cement rotary kilns, as well as the furnace tops of steel-making electric furnaces.
