This flowchart provides a comprehensive overview of Yunai Group’s full-chain production process for refractory materials, from raw ore mining to the shipment of finished products. The process is divided into four main stages: preliminary raw ore processing, raw material preparation, forming and firing, and finished product storage and transportation:

Raw Ore Mining and Pre-processing Stage: The process begins with Raw Ore Mining. The mined ore is transported by vehicle to the plant via Raw Ore Transportation. It then undergoes Raw Ore Inspection, Raw Ore Sorting , and Raw Ore Crushing. The crushed material then undergoes Raw Material Classification, followed by Raw Ore Calcination. After Raw Material Inspection, the calcined material undergoes secondary crushing and Raw Material Pulverizing, and is finally processed through Raw Material Screening to complete the refinement of the raw ore.

Raw Material Batching, Storage, and Transportation Stage: Qualified raw materials are sequentially conveyed via Gas Conveying and Chain Bucket Lifting into silos for storage; materials are discharged from the silos into the Compounding process. After the formula ratios are met, two mixing stages are performed: Compulsory Mixing and Raw Material Mixing.

Forming and Firing Process Stage: The mixed materials undergo Pressing and Molding; the formed semi-finished products undergo Semi-finished Product Inspection, followed by Drying; the dried green bodies are then sent to the Firing kiln for high-temperature firing; after firing, samples are taken for Sampling Inspection and Sample Testing (physical and chemical testing).

In the finished product packaging and shipping stage:Qualified products undergo Boxing and are sent to Warehousing; some products are shipped directly via Delivery (full-truckload shipment). Other finished products undergo Indefinite Inspection, Indefinite Packaging, and Indefinite Storage before being shipped to customers via Indefinite Delivery, completing the full-process closed-loop.

The entire process begins with controlling raw material quality at the mine source. Through multiple rounds of crushing, calcination, screening, and blending, raw material properties are precisely controlled. Relying on molding and high-temperature firing, refractory products are formed. Combined with multi-point quality inspections throughout the process (raw ore inspection, semi-finished product inspection, and finished product sampling), this ensures the stable quality of products leaving the factory.
