1. Premium/Grade I High-Alumina Bricks (Calcining Zone)

- Performance: Refractoriness: ≥1790°C; Load Softening Point (T₀.₆): ≥1450°C; Cold Crushing Strength (CCS): ≥60 MPa; Thermal Shock Resistance (1100°C water quenching): ≥25 cycles  

- Applications: Gas-fired pure oxygen kilns, high-temperature sections of large rotary kilns

2. Phosphate-Bonded High-Alumina Bricks (High-Temp Abrasion Zones)

- Bonding Agent: Phosphoric acid/aluminum phosphate

- Performance:Service Temperature: 1400–1500°C; Superior erosion resistance and thermal shock stability vs. conventional high-alumina bricks; Excellent dimensional stability (minimal cracking).

3. Silico-Mullite/SiC-Mullite Composite Bricks (High-Erosion Zones)
